- The rebuilding of toilets and bathrooms in flats, the facing and the modification of flats with or without material supply.
- Carpenter´s works: the assembly of roof trussers and roofs, the boarding of foundations, staircases, levels, floors, the reconstructions and repair of old roofs, the modification of flat roofs to saddle roofs with the possiblity of the rebuilding of attics into dwelling spaces, the wood facing of walls and ceilings, the wood floor.
